Shipping policy

Shipping to United Kingdom Addresses
Shipping rates are offered based upon the total value of your purchase and the total size and weight of the items purchased. You will be charged a single price, even if we split your order into multiple packages for speed of delivery. Packages will be shipped by either Evri or Royal Mail, based on the service with the most appropriate offering for the size of package. In either case the service offering aim is next working day delivery (ie the day after it is posted, which may be later that the day it is ordered)).

Collect in Person in Store
There is also the option for you to collect the item(s) in person from Sportology Ltd at 144 Boldmere Road, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, B73 5UD.

Despatch
Orders of "in stock" items which do not require personalisation/embellishment and which are received by 11am Monday to Friday will be posted the same day. Such orders received after this time will be posted the next working day. Such orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be posted on the following working day.
Orders of items which require personalisation or other embellishments (eg embroidered logos) may take longer to despatch. We will advise you following receipt of your order if we do not anticipate being able to despatch the item(s) within 5 working days.

Shipping Rates
All orders with a total value of £250 or more will be offered with postage free of charge. You may alternatively select to Collect in Person in Store. If you wish to receive your items by another method, please contact us on 0121 355 6378 to make appropriate arrangements. 

Orders weighing under 90g can be delivered at a cost of £3.95.
Orders weighing up to 2kg can be delivered at a cost of: £7.95.
Orders weighing up to 10kg can be delivered at a cost of: £11.95.
Orders weighing up to 15kg can be delivered at a cost of: £18.95. 
For orders weighing over 15kg we will contact you to discuss delivery options. 

Shipping to non-United Kingdom Addresses
As we are restricted into which territories we can sell some of our products, we will not ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom unless by prior arrangement. To determine if this is possible, please contact us on +44 121 355 6378 or on orders@sportologyonline.com.
