Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please send the item back to us and we will refund your postage and the cost of the item in question

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to cancel your order* without having to give a reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please let us know as soon as possible that you wish to return an item(s) so that we can make arrangements with you to do this. Please note that you have a further 14 days in which to return the item(s). Once we have received the returned item(s) we will issue a refund within 7 days.

*Non-returnable items
Orders for personalised items cannot be returned nor cancelled once produced. This includes, but is not limited to, items with name and/or number embellishments.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again.
If you originally paid by credit card, please then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sportology Limited, 144 Boldmere Road, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, B73 5UD, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, then returns, including personalised items, can be accepted outside the 14 day timeframe. If you have a faulty item, please contact us straight away so that we can deal with it as appropriate. We may need you to provide proof of your purchase from us, so we would advise you to keep a record of your purchase(s).

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
